1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Bud Mart Cannabis website (budmartcannabis.com) or making purchases at our retail locations, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Licensed Retailer

Bud Mart Cannabis is a licensed cannabis retailer operating under the Alberta Gaming, Liquor and Cannabis Commission (AGLC). Our retail cannabis licenses can be verified at AGLC Cannabis Licensee Search.

All cannabis products sold by Bud Mart Cannabis are sourced through AGLC-approved distribution channels and comply with Health Canada regulations.

3. Age Verification

The legal age to purchase cannabis in Alberta is 18 years. We are required by law to verify the age of all customers before completing any sale.

• Valid government-issued photo ID is required for all purchases
• Acceptable ID includes: driver's license, passport, provincial ID card, or Canadian citizenship card with photo
• For delivery orders, the person receiving the order must present valid ID matching the order name
• We reserve the right to refuse service if valid ID cannot be provided

4. Products and Pricing

All products displayed on our website are subject to availability. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

5. Delivery Terms

Our delivery service is available within designated areas in Calgary and surrounding communities.

• Free delivery on orders over $50
• Delivery is only available to residential addresses within our service area
• Someone 18+ with valid ID must be present to receive the delivery
• If no one is available to receive the order, it will be returned to the store
• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
• We do not deliver to public places, schools, parks, or other prohibited locations

6. Returns and Refunds

Due to the nature of cannabis products and regulatory requirements:

• All sales are final once a product has been purchased
• We cannot accept returns of cannabis products once they have left our possession
• If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us within 24 hours
• Refunds for damaged/incorrect items will be processed at our discretion
• Non-cannabis accessories may be returned within 14 days in original condition

7. Responsible Use

Cannabis should be consumed responsibly and legally. Please be aware:

• It is illegal to drive while impaired by cannabis
• Do not consume cannabis in public places where prohibited
• Keep cannabis products away from children and pets
• Start with low doses, especially if you are new to cannabis
• Consult a healthcare professional if you have health concerns
• It is illegal to resell or distribute cannabis products

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Purchase cannabis for anyone under the legal age
• Resell or distribute any products purchased from us
• Use our services for any illegal purpose
• Provide false information, including age or identification
• Attempt to circumvent our age verification measures
• Transport cannabis across provincial or international borders

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bud Mart Cannabis shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services or products. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Alberta and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Alberta.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the modified terms.
