Shipping Policy

1. Where and how we ship

Orders are packed at Belmont and handed to Canada Post. Every Alberta postal code, including PO boxes and rural routes. We ship within Alberta only. Cannabis cannot be mailed to other provinces or outside Canada.

Order by 4 PM MST Mon–Fri and it ships the same business day; later orders ship the next business day.

1–2 business days* *Canada Post estimate from Calgary. Rural addresses can take longer. Transit times are carrier estimates and are not guaranteed.

2. Cost and minimum order

Free shipping on orders $75+, $9.99 under (subtotal before tax, at the prices you are charged). The exact amount is shown at checkout before payment. Prepaid online by credit or debit card. There is no cash option and no tip on a shipped order.

3. ID and signature on delivery

Someone 18 or older must show government photo ID and sign for the parcel. Canada Post checks ID for anyone who looks under 30.

The name on the order should match the ID of the person receiving it. Parcels are never left unattended.

4. If nobody is home

If nobody is home, Canada Post leaves a notice card and holds the parcel at your local post office. Bring the card and your ID to collect it; parcels are never left at the door.

5. Undeliverable parcels

A parcel that is not collected in time, is refused, or cannot be delivered is returned to the store it shipped from and the order is refunded less the shipping we paid.

Refunds go back to the card used at checkout and can take several business days to appear.

6. Lost or damaged parcels

If Canada Post tracking shows a parcel lost in transit, we reship the order or refund it in full. Contact us with your order number.

If a parcel arrives with the tamper seal broken or contents damaged, keep the packaging and contact us within 48 hours with photos.

7. Order limit

30 g of dried cannabis (or the equivalent) per order, the legal limit for any single transaction in Alberta. Orders over the limit cannot be placed.

8. Packaging and tracking

A plain, unmarked box with an odour-resistant, tamper-evident inner bag. Nothing on the outside says cannabis or Bud Mart. The shipper on the label is 2103211 Alberta Ltd.

You get the tracking number by text and email the moment the parcel is scanned in, and you can follow it on the Canada Post site.

9. Age

You must be 18+ with valid government-issued photo ID to place a shipped order and to receive it.
