Alberta's legal cannabis age is 18 — one of the few provinces with a lower age than 19. Every Bud Mart delivery requires a mandatory ID scan at the door. Drivers cannot leave cannabis with a neighbour, at the door, or with anyone under 18. No ID, no delivery, no exceptions.
30g single-purchase limit
Alberta and federal law cap each transaction at thirty grams of dried cannabis equivalent. Our checkout enforces the cap automatically, calculating equivalents for edibles, concentrates, beverages and pre-rolls so you never place an order that would be refused at the door.
